Pledge Forms and payments are due by noon on June 11th (to determine the Top Fundraiser – WestJet “Gift of Flight” prize winner).

To guarantee a receipt will be provided, please ensure that the information below is clear and accurate (donation receipt for tax purposes will only be issued for donations over $20).
