Our 20th Annual Gala looked very different, as we simply were not willing to put anyone’s health at risk. Thanks to the COVID-19 pandemic, we brought Gala to the comfort of our participant’s home! On November 20, 21, 27, & 28, table purchasers had the opportunity to host their COVID bubbles (while following all COVID-19 restrictions & guidelines) in their home or at Blend Restaurant & Bar. Each table that was purchased, received access to our virtual Gala and an exquisite four course meal courtesy of Blend Restaurant & Bar. We hosted an online auction in the month of November that boasted hundreds of donated items from businesses within The Battlefords and surrounding area. Thanks to the donors, sponsors, table purchasers, auction bidders and Blend Restaurant & Bar, we were able to make this event a HUGE success. While we were incredibly sad that we could not raise a glass together in person to celebrate our successes, we were so grateful to find a way to host one of our largest fundraising events of the year. We rely heavily on this key fundraiser to help us cover a significant amount of overhead/operational costs and with your generous support, we raised $32,294.99!
