Yoga Program
Our Yoga Program is a registration based program FREE OF CHARGE to our members. This program takes place every Winter for 6 weeks in our Club Gymnasium. Based on the number of the participants and their ages, the group is split up and taught basic yoga positions and calming techniques. Our talented yoga instructor ensures the participants are not only building skills and learning, but are having FUN!!
